The SkyPaySystem is a completely hands free system. Customers set up their accounts online, add money to the account online, and get reports of water use online. It is a prepaid system and AquaFlow Int’l, Inc. manages the system. AquaFlow Int’l, Inc. makes payments to the water company for water used. AquaFlow Int’l, Inc. handles all the customer interactions and questions.
The customer uses a 10 digit account number and pin to access the water. We encourage customers to use their 10 digit phone number or a number they ca easily remember, if they do not have a phone number. The pin may be between 4 and 8 digits. The use of this system requires internet availability at the site.
